Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clerical and file support to two Associate Lawyers, with potential support for a third. Assist with the management and administration of family law files. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation and correspondence. Assist with drafting and formatting family law documents, pleadings, forms, and court materials. Coordinate filing deadlines, court dates, discoveries, meetings, and other important appointments. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties as required. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical client files. Assist lawyers with document production, disclosure, and other file-related requirements. Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly. Support the lawyers in keeping files progressing efficiently from opening through resolution. Maintain approximately 50 billable hours per month. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience working as a Family Law Clerk is strongly preferred. A solid understanding of family law procedures, terminology, and documentation. Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple lawyers. Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Requirements
