Hiring Unit Department of Music Performance, Ensemble Resource Office Main Responsibilities: Prepare, distribute and collect sheet music for the ensemble. Efficiently setup and strike all rehearsals in the 30 minutes prior and following rehearsals. Submit official attendance records within 24 hours. Confirm seating charts and assignments for rehearsals. Work directly with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian. Required Skills Good communication in person and via email. Demonstrated ability to Keen attention to detail and timely follow up to emails. Must be a music student. Preference given to conducting student for the ensemble. Work schedule is determined in coordination with the ensemble Director/s according to the needs of the ensemble. May be required to work on weekends.
