Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will maintain office operations, including kitchen and supply management, while providing administrative support to lawyers and staff. They will also serve as a backup receptionist and coordinate catering for firm meetings and events.

Leasing Clerk (Remote, Part-time)

Remote · Toronto, Ontario, Canada

The Leasing Clerk will draft and review commercial real estate documents while managing day-to-day leasing matters such as rent calculations and maintenance obligations. They will also monitor key dates and deadlines while maintaining professional communication with clients, landlords, and external counsel.

Corporate & Real Estate Law Clerk

The role involves preparing corporate documents, managing minute books, and supporting lawyers with corporate reorganizations and mergers. Additionally, the clerk will manage commercial and residential real estate transactions, including closing documentation and registrations.
