Reporting to the Assistant Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach. • Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels. • Come to work with a positive and professional attitude and approach. • Be dependable for all shifts. • Provide over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants. • Telephone answering and traffic direction with referral to appropriate members of the sales team. • Assist with the receiving, operation till systems, conducting inventory counts and merchandising of all related products. • Communicate effectively with store leadership, file maintenance, and yard clerks. • Operation of forklift and skid steer. • Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. • Perform all other duties as assigned.
