Duration: 3 Months (No Extension, No Conversion) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Job Description: • We are seeking a Mail Clerk I to support document filing and digitization activities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, preparing, scanning, reviewing, and securely storing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy and operational requirements. • This is a fully onsite position offering valuable networking opportunities within the client organization. Responsibilities: • Report to the assigned retail branch to support document filing and digitization processes. • Prepare paper documents for digitization and electronic storage. • Scan physical documents using photocopier and scanner equipment. • Review digitized files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements. • Organize, manage, and secure branch files in designated storage locations. • Provide daily and weekly status updates to management via email and phone. • Adhere to workplace health and safety standards and operational procedures. • Follow privacy policies and employee conduct guidelines while handling sensitive information. • Adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of operational initiatives. • Communicate issues, risks, and project updates in a timely manner. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work independently to meet project objectives. Experience: • Must have 2+ years of professional work experience. • Must have experience operating photocopiers, scanners, or similar office equipment. • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. • Experience handling documents, records management, or administrative support activities is preferred. • Document filing and records management experience is considered an asset. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements
