Job Summary Syscom Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data across multiple systems and databases. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of company information while supporting various administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate possesses excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry. Review and correct data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and duplicate records. Organize, maintain, and update electronic and digital records. Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity. Generate reports and retrieve information as requested by management. Scan, upload, and organize digital documents. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing or incomplete information. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Follow company policies and procedures related to data management and record retention. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office administration is preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience using CRM, ERP, or database management systems. Familiarity with cloud-based applications and document management platforms. Experience with large datasets and data validation. Knowledge of basic reporting and spreadsheet functions. Previous experience in a technology, administrative, or business support environment.
