Ensure accurate cash-handling procedures at all times. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Here’s where you’ll have an impact: Provide customer service to meet customer needs Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures Manage lotto services Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions Assist in Front End Department functions Maintain customer service desk area Assist other departments and functions as required Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards Perform administrative duties as required What you bring to the table: Basic mathematical skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Partial high school No previous experience required Receiving & Inventory Management Accept, unload and verify all incoming shipments (including distribution center and direct vendor deliveries) against purchase orders. Inspect goods for damage, verify quantities and promptly document or report any discrepancies. Maintain a neat, safe, and highly organized backroom utilizing proper inventory storage principles. Process returns and prepare outgoing shipments according to company protocols. Merchandising & Floor Execution Ensure the efficient flow of merchandise from the receiving area directly to the sales floor. Stock and rotate products on the shelves, ensuring correct placement and removing any damaged or expired. Implement visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are front-faced and eye catching. Print and execute signage, talkers and price labels for promotions, flyers and corporate markdowns.
