Your role : * Receive merchandise. * Process receipts in the eXtend system and code bills of lading according to the appropriate GL. * bills of lading. * Provide shuttle service to the service department. * Greet and serve customers and mechanics at the counter. * Prepare, pack and package shipments. * Process shipments according to instructions (charge freight to appropriate GL, record freight charges and freight charges and bill of lading numbers). * Prepare transfers and consolidate shipments to branches. * Re-inventory merchandise from suppliers and branches (stock order). * Ensure the cleanliness of the premises (workstations, warehouse, building surroundings) and clean up. * Any other related duties as requested by supervisor. * Drive forklift safely. * Comply with company health and safety regulations. What you bring : * High School Degree with a minimum of one year experience is an asset. * Experience with a forklift is an asset. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Good computer skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
