Job description: Overview The Administrative assistant will support the Finance, Risk, and Contract teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and helping keep operations organized and efficient in a healthcare setting. This position is for one of our valued clients in non for profit healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, take meeting notes, and prepare documents. Draft emails, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized files and act as a point of contact for internal and external communication. Assist with onboarding new team members. Support budgeting, financial reports, invoice tracking, and data entry. Help maintain risk records, track incidents, and support audits and compliance tasks. Assist with contract tracking, renewals, and documentation. Compile and organize data for reports and dashboards. Coordinate with different departments and support team projects. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of administrative or coordination experience in healthcare sector is a must Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information. Work Environment: Fast-paced healthcare setting with multiple deadlines and priorities.
