Greets and checks in rehabilitation patients, verifies demographic and insurance information, completes required documentation, and schedules or reschedules appointments in Epic. Coordinates insurance benefits and authorizations, communicates with patients, physician offices, and insurers, manages calls and records, and supports departmental quality-improvement and supply-ordering activities.
