Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members, creating a welcoming and professional experience * Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general office inquiries * Work collaboratively with the administrative team to support office operations, share responsibilities, and deliver an exceptional client and team member experience * Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and deliveries * Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments and catering for client meetings and office events * Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional office environment * Monitor office supply inventory and help ensure the office is stocked and organized * Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry * Support office events, team initiatives and day-to-day office activities * Build positive relationships with clients, visitors and team members across the office and region Skills and Experience * Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passionate about creating positive experiences for clients, visitors, and team members * Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail * Eager to learn, take initiative, and support others * Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment * Comfortable learning and using new technology and systems * Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception or office administration is considered an asset * Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field is considered an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
