Store Colleagues are responsible for ensuring the store is ready with available products by maintaining and stocking shelves and product displays according to company standards. They must also provide great customer service through delightful conversation and product knowledge while responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, enthusiastic, and reliable team player with attention to detail, driven to work independently in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required as training is provided, but flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to move up to 50lbs are necessary.
