We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work efficiently • Previous experience in optical or healthcare is considered an asset, but not required (training provided) Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner • Enter and maintain accurate patient information • Perform pre-testing for patients (training will be provided) • Schedule and confirm appointments • Process billing and insurance claims • Perform front desk duties including filing, scanning, and faxing • Recall patients for eye exams • Balance daily payments and assist with day-end closing procedures Position Details: • Part time, approximately 20 hours per week, 1 evening, no Saturdays.
