The Law Clerk will draft and review corporate documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations while conducting due diligence and maintaining corporate records. They will also perform legal research, prepare organizational charts, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

The Law Clerk will manage insurance defence litigation files, including drafting pleadings, managing document productions, and preparing for trials or arbitrations. They will also coordinate independent examinations and maintain effective communication with counsel, clients, and court officials.

The role involves operating equipment to process client jobs with high accuracy while performing quality checks and preventative maintenance. Additionally, the incumbent will support office operations through administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
