YOUR ROLE: Supporting the team in the day-to-day operations of the office; Preparing and reviewing documents and communications; Maintaining and updating various files and records; Providing support to colleagues, including assistance with the billing process; Greeting visitors in a courteous and professional manner; Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls. SKILLS REQUIRED: Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience in an Administrative Assistant role with similar responsibilities; Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
