The Counter Clerk is responsible for receiving, issuing, handling, and recording all items within the store while maintaining accurate inventory records. They must also ensure the work area remains clean and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

The Counter Clerk will be responsible for receiving, issuing, handling, shipping, and recording all items in the Bucks store, as well as conducting regular inventory counts. Additional duties include maintaining records of incoming and outgoing items, assisting in loading and unloading materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The role involves preparing and closing preventative maintenance work orders, coordinating corrective maintenance, and managing parts inventory by sourcing from vendors, issuing stock, and creating purchase requisitions. Additionally, the clerk must maintain accurate equipment history records and manage additions within the Oracle system.
