Overview: We’re looking for an outstanding individual to join our business services team. The office administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for all levels of the organization and assisting with keeping the office running smoothly. The successful candidate will get hands-on experience in the administrative operations and would be under the supervision of the Manager of Business Services in the North Vancouver office. What We Offer: * Flexible work/life balance and a supportive, tight‑knit team * A comprehensive benefits package, including extended health, bonus program, RRSP matching, professional development allowances, and more * Opportunities to grow and build your career within a team that recognizes and develops talent * A fun, professional, and safety‑first work environment Job Responsibilities: * General reception duties, phones and front door, shipping, and filing. * General administrative support duties for all departments including printing, copying, document formatting and other requests as required. * General office maintenance, tidying, keeping kitchen & bathroom supplies maintained. * Organization and scheduling of travel, conferences, and department activities. * Ordering supplies & maintaining equipment inventory. * Tracking and scheduling company vehicle maintenance and care. * Assisting with data management and project archives. * Assisting with additional administrative or billable project tasks as required. * Assisting accounting with preparation of monthly client invoices. * Assisting staff with time entry, expense, and credit card forms. Qualifications: * 1-2 years previous administrative and/or customer service experience * Post-Secondary certificate or diploma from an administrative, business management or communication program is considered an asset * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Willingness and ability to learn new processes Compensation: * The pay range for this position is $24- $27 per hour; pay will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
