What you’ll do

The role involves greeting patients and managing the appointment schedule to optimize daily flow. Responsibilities also include handling patient inquiries, managing the recall system, and processing referral correspondence.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of administrative experience and be legally eligible to work in Canada. A clinical background and experience with dental software are considered assets.
