What you'll be doing Receive, unload, and inspect returned furniture to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Process returns through inspection, restocking, and product disposition (BIS, refurbish, donate, or dispose) following established procedures. Accurately document return outcomes and flag quality or product issues to the appropriate teams. Assist with organizing inventory, storage optimization, and maintaining accurate stock records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized returns workspace at all times. Support order preparation when needed (picking, labeling, staging)…
