Booking Clerk (2026-0401)

On-site · Calgary

The Booking Clerk is responsible for scheduling relief and replacement staff across Carewest sites using ESP and Teams. Duties include filling short and long-range shifts, liaising with unit clerks, and producing staffing reports.

Receptionist I (2026-0220)

On-site · Calgary

Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, providing professional reception and customer service. Responsible for clerical support, including document generation, data entry, and office supply management.

Unit Clerk (2026-0088)

On-site · Calgary

Provides administrative support to the clinical nursing team, including managing client charts, scheduling assessments, and handling medical requisitions. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, and visitors while supporting the Director of Care with reporting and office management.
