Provide primary administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including handling confidential business and financial materials, correspondence, presentations, board materials, and executive communications. Coordinate visas, data rooms, expenses, invoices, meetings, and travel, while assisting central services teams and liaising with external stakeholders.
