This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Clerk who enjoys taking care of residential and commercial files from opening through closing. You will work directly with clients and industry professionals and become part of a collaborative team that values initiative and sound judgment. What you bring: · A minimum of three years of relevant real estate law experience is preferred · Proficiency in legal and other software including Office, Adobe, Unity/Closer, Teraview, and LEAP · Ability to manage residential and commercial real estate files from initial intake through post-closing · Strong drafting skills and the ability to prepare accurate legal documents · Experience conducting title and execution searches · Excellent time management, file organization, and attention to deadlines · Professionalism, maturity, sound judgment, and strong conflict-management skills · Ability to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines · A strong commitment to confidentiality and exceptional client service What we offer: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, health and dental benefits, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected law firm.
