Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent (with the future opportunity for full-time) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our company in managing scheduling and medical file-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Daily scheduling tasks and management of our calendar Managing our various email inboxes Receiving and organizing medical files Assisting the CEO with note-taking as required Providing assistance directly to the CEO and/or COO with various office/administrative tasks as required Ability to travel various locations within Toronto and the GTA/Hamilton area on occasion Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or medical office management Experience in healthcare or legal-related field is preferred, but not required Skills: Strong organizations skills with an eye for detail Ability to provide quick and efficient turnarounds to meet deadlines Proficiency in using various software and systems (i.e. EMR systems, iCloud, Asana, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to maintain clear communication with clients and our internal teams to keep everyone informed. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Education: Post-secondary diploma or equivalent. Education in healthcare and/or legal-related field is preferred.
