Duties & Responsibilities Answering and routing incoming customer calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and support Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively Record and maintain accurate customer information Represent the organization positively and professionally as a front-line worker Manage inbound/outbound mail and maintain confidentiality and security Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Manage inventory levels of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness Take ownership of customer issues Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by performing additional duties as required
