Description About the Role We are looking for people to provide short-term administrative support in various departments at the University of Calgary. These roles are temporary and can be part-time or full-time, depending on departmental needs. What You'll Do Your tasks will depend on the department but may include: Greeting visitors and answering phones Filing, photocopying, and data entry Managing calendars, coordinating on site and virtual meetings Preparing documents and presentations Using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Supporting team members when needed What We're Looking For Intermediate Microsoft office skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative role Administrative certification is an asset High school diploma (Grade 12) Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Accurate typing and proofreading Additional Information These positions are part of the AUPE bargaining unit.
