The Billing Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring that GCPC (Pomerleau Canam Construction Group) collects all amounts owed by each subcontractor on the project. What You Will Do Receive timesheets from subcontractors; Ensure that subcontractors' timesheets have been approved by the Construction Department; Enter timesheet data into SAP; Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data entry or the collection of timesheets; Be able to prepare timesheets for CCQ employees hired by the company. This role could be for you if you have : AEC or DEC in Accounting; 3 to 5 years of accounting experience; Knowledge of the CCQ collective agreement is considered an asset; Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service experience; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively; Commitment to providing high-quality customer service; Strong adaptability and flexibility; Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under time constraints.
