Location: North York, ON (Yonge & York Mills Road) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time I am seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Investment Advisor Administrative Assistant to support me in a growing wealth management practice. Sage Wealth is a trade name of Manulife Wealth Inc. I work closely with clients to provide thoughtful financial guidance and a high standard of personal service. This is more than a traditional administrative role. I am looking for someone who wants to become a valued long-term part of the practice — someone who takes pride in being a key contributor to the client experience, the day-to-day operations of the business, and the continued growth of Sage Wealth over time. This is a fully in-office role based in North York, with some flexibility. The right person will be dependable, detail-oriented, polished in their communication, and confident managing both client service and operational responsibilities in a professional office environment. The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term position within a respected wealth management practice. You will work closely with one advisor and play an important role in helping deliver a high-touch client experience, maintain strong internal organization, and support the ongoing success of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the advisor’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination Deliver a high level of client service and act as a professional first point of contact for clients Support investment-related administration and ongoing account servicing Prepare, track, and follow up on client paperwork and documentation Maintain accurate and organized client records in the CRM Assist with review meeting preparation and follow-up Coordinate with internal partners and external providers as needed Help maintain an efficient, organized workflow across the practice Support broader administrative and operational needs as the practice continues to grow What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal A client-first mindset and a strong sense of professionalism The ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and follow-through Comfort working in a fast-paced environment General administrative experience is required Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field is an asset, but not required Basic Excel skills, strong Outlook skills, CRM experience, and general comfort with technology Someone who is looking for a long-term fit and takes pride in being a reliable, important part of a professional team Compensation Salary of $50,000+ Bonus potential Benefits If you are interested, please send your resume to [email protected] We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
