Languages French Student status Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Full time enrollment On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks Compile data to prepare documents Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors Train staff Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings Provide customer service Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents

What you’ll do

The role involves preparing reports, documents, and agendas for executive committees and boards of directors. Additionally, the assistant will handle invoicing, financial statements, contract administration, and staff training.

Requirements

Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and be proficient in French. The position requires full-time enrollment and the ability to work on-site.
