Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role We are looking for an Administrative Support I (Machine Operations-Focused) to join our growing team! This is a fully on-site position at our office, located at 2 Prologis Blvd, Mississauga, and requires attendance five days per week. What you will accomplish with us : Operate assigned (less complex) equipment to process daily client jobs with 100% accuracy, in accordance with established procedures, client work instructions, and SLA deadlines. Set up equipment according to specifications and ensure required materials are available and prepared prior to production/processing. Perform quality checks during operation to ensure output meets required standards and specifications. Transfer completed product/output to the appropriate area (e.g., bin, staging area) in a timely and organized manner. Perform daily preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal operating efficiency, following machine-specific maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues using prescribed instructions and escalate unresolved problems according to escalation procedures. Communicate with internal teams to share updates, explain issues, and receive instructions to support smooth workflow. Support office operations through recurring administrative tasks such as shipping documents/equipment/correspondence, scanning, filing, data entry, and requisitioning supplies. Manage correspondence and respond to routine requests while ensuring the quality and accuracy of information. Support projects and new initiatives as assigned. What you will bring : High School Diploma or equivalent (Administrative Technician education is an asset or an equivalent combination of education and experience). 1–3 years of related experience in an operations/production environment or equipment-based processing role (office-based processing experience is an asset). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes, routine procedures, and client work instructions. Basic technical/mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately. Highly organized with the ability to manage workflow efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach. Team player with a positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
