Senior Executive Assistant

Provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar and correspondence management, document preparation, meeting coordination, records management, and tracking priorities and follow-up. Support Chief and Council, committees, Nation-owned businesses, and special initiatives, while providing delegated operational and supervisory backup when requested.

Executive Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, Chief, and Council, including calendar and travel management. Coordinate meetings, draft reports, and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Contracts Clerk

The role involves preparing, administering, and monitoring contracts for supported services while maintaining accurate electronic and physical files. Additionally, the clerk provides reception services and administrative support to staff and families.
