Executive Assistant Our client in the public or broader public sector is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant for a 6-month assignment. This is a hands-on coordination role that will provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and events, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials, and support the efficient flow of information between internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist with project coordination, track action items, support budget and financial administration, coordinate administrative activities and contribute to process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications You have 3+ years of experience providing executive support to a Vice President, Director and/or a CEO; You have experience supporting multiple managers or senior leaders in a professional office environment; You have experience coordinating meetings, events and administrative activities; You work well under pressure to meet frequent and competing deadlines, and you effectively prioritize activities and objectives; You are extremely tech savvy and have superior writing and analytical skills; You have good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and can demonstrate discretion, judgment, and initiative in dealing with internal/external communities; You are a skilled multi-tasker; picking up and dropping tasks on a moment’s notice does not fluster you; You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; Previous experience working with Ontario Public Service is an asset.
