Prepare preventative maintenance (PM) work orders Close preventative maintenance and coordinate with the planner for corrective maintenance work Accurately source parts from vendors Locate, issue, and document parts from inventory stock and create purchase requisitions Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance history records Create Oracle system additions and maintain new equipment drill-down lists Other duties as assigned Requirements Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation as the work site is not accessible by transit Working knowledge and application of word processing and spreadsheet software Experience operating a forklift Previous experience in a warehouse, maintenance, or steel/manufacturing environment is an asset Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Awareness of workplace safety and the ability to follow safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to manage tasks efficiently Typical administrative office environment: no exposure to harmful environmental conditions. Environmental conditions: sheltered from weather elements, but still exposed to temperature fluctuations Medium work involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds frequently Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits! Requirements

Candidates must possess a Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation as the site is not transit accessible. Desired qualifications include experience in a warehouse, maintenance, or steel/manufacturing environment, along with working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, and previous forklift operation experience.
