We require an enthusiastic, polite and well-mannered individual to join our Burlington Branch as a Receptionist to interface with clients, both external and internal. The successful candidate will maintain administrative procedures while supporting the Central Rentals and Administrative teams as required. Other duties will include:

  • Opening/closing office
  • Answering main phone lines
  • Greet clients at front desk
  • Date stamp/sort/distribute all incoming mail (including cheques) from buildings
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Empty incoming mail from buildings/prepare outgoing mail to site staff
  • Interoffice courier – receiving/opening/distribution
  • Prepare fed-ex packages
  • Log outgoing courier mail
  • Process/type lease agreements/assemble lease packages
  • Follow-up for receipt of signed lease copies
  • Compile information for tenants requiring emergency assistance
  • Track move-out inspections
  • Coverage for Central Rentals
  • Produce template letters for Central Rentals in conjunction with Administrative Support
  • Type various notices for buildings in conjunction with Administrative Support
  • Prepare “canned” letters to tenants i.e. washing machines/satellite dishes
  • Cross train with Administrative Support
  • Re-stocking reception area with supplies
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies in conjunction with Administrative Support
  • Photocopying/filing
  • Other duties as assigned
