Job Description The Data Management Clerk position will report directly to the Clinical Services Manager, Cardiac Procedures Unit and Arrhythmia Clinic. This role will collaborate with all members of the Cardiology team, Reactivation Care Centre, Cath Lab, Information Services and CorHealth. This position is responsible for maintaining all data to accurately reflect the current state of the program's involvement with clients. The Data Management Clerk will be responsible to support the other members of the team through accurate data entry and review data entered by others. Accountabilities Provides support to the cardiac program leadership Completes timely and accurate data entry for all cardiac procedures within the program into the CorHealth registry Maintains accurate, up-to-date clinical and administrative data Monitors data quality reports and help to troubleshoot data related problems Monitors day-to-day resolution of data quality issues Develops and assists with the implementation of policies and standards for data collection Pulls reports from the CorHealth registry as required and notes any trends in data Ensures compliance with the applicable hospital privacy policies and well as security policies Maintains collaborative relationships: knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collegial manner Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills: ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally, demonstrates command of language and clarity of thought Other duties as assigned Qualifications Two year college diploma required; degree in health related field preferred Minimum of one year working experience with data entry required; previous experience in a hospital environment an asset Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word required; skills will be tested Ability to work with complex data in Excel tables Advanced skills in analysis/organization of project related tasks Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a diverse team Ability to problem solve Understanding of Meditech system Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills to day-to-day work Excellent attendance and work record Ability to work and travel between all Osler sites Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Additional Information Hours: Currently days, 8 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements) Salary Minimum: $49,471.50 per annum Maximum: $61,834.50 per annum Internal application deadline: [July 11, 2026] #TPT - 6 months Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
