Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent coordinates and maintains operating room schedule.REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma plus an additional administrative support course or program of six months to one year, or the equivalent, which includes keyboard entry;Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit); One (1) year of related work experience is required; Knowledge with Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
