Salary Details The salary range for this position is CAD $26.42/Hr. - CAD $28.25/Hr. Job Summary Come work as a Program Support Clerk with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) on the Support Services team in West Vancouver, BC. Apply now to join our team! Within the context of a client and family centered care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, works as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide administrative and clerical support. Composes and word processes correspondence; maintains and monitors client charts; receives and inputs confidential client data into a variety of health data systems such as CCIMS, iPHIS and Procura. The Program Support Clerk sets up filing systems, gathers and compiles statistics, and engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Education & Experience Grade 12 supplemented with an Office Administration Certificate and two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Ability to keyboard 5,000 keystrokes per hour. Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients. Ability to communicate effectively/tactfully both verbally and in writing. Ability to compose business correspondence. Ability to organize and prioritize. Ability to work under the pressure of interruptions and adapt to changes. Ability to problem solve and take initiative. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to do basic mathematical calculations. Ability to operate related equipment.
