Front Desk Associate/Receptionist Location: Mississauga, ON Hours: 10:00 AM – 03:00/04:00 PM PM Mon to Fri Hours per week: 25–30 hours Pay: $18–$19 per hour Position Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team in Mississauga. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence and warmth, and takes pride in keeping the front desk running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Schedule and coordinate appointments Manage front desk activities and maintain an organized reception area Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks Maintain accurate records and client information Assist with payments, paperwork, and other day-to-day office duties as required Communicate effectively with team members and clients Help ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For Friendly, approachable, and professional personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset Ability to work independently while also being a positive team player Why Join Us We believe the front desk is the heart of a welcoming workplace.
