The Position: The Data Entry Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date business data, including customer, product, vendor, and other master data. This role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring information is entered consistently and maintained according to established standards, while also helping improve data quality and reliability for reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. Process data additions and changes in accordance with established procedures, business rules, data standards, and approval requirements. Ensure records are complete, accurate, consistently formatted, and maintained in a timely manner. Perform routine reviews of existing records to identify outdated, incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate information. Work with business stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve data discrepancies. Data Quality & Stewardship Serve as a business data steward for assigned data areas and support the ongoing data quality and integrity of company data. Monitor data quality and identify issues related to accuracy, completeness, consistency, duplication, and timeliness. Help define maintain data standards, business rules, definitions, naming conventions, and acceptable values. Investigate data quality issues and work with business teams, IT, and Data team to identify and correct root causes. Maintain documentation for key data elements, processes, definitions, and data standards. Data Readiness and Continuous Improvement Help ensure business data is reliable, structured, and available to support operational reporting, analytics, automation, AI initiatives, and other business initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes, controls, and workflows to reduce errors and prevent recurring data quality issues. Support the development and implementation of standardized processes for creating and maintaining master data. Support data cleanup, reconciliation, validation, and other data improvement initiatives. Promote consistent data management practices and accountability across the organization. Administration Maintain regular and ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders regarding data requests, issues, priorities and required actions. Ensure communication is effective and informative regarding issues which may affect the quality of service or products. Ensure cooperation with special projects as required. As An Ideal Candidate, You Have College diploma in the Business Administration, Information Management, Supply Chain or equivalent. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy when entering and maintaining information. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to understand and consistently apply business rules, standards, and documented procedures. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate data issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business functions. Essential Duties Fluent in English both written and oral Long periods of seated and computer work. Working Conditions Office Setting at our London Facility. Occasional interruptions. Compensation based on a regular work week of thirty-seven and one half (37.5) working hours, with additional working hours as required to meet ongoing business demands and to fulfill job responsibilities. Requirements

A college diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field is requested, along with one to three years of similar experience. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, have strong accuracy, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to apply documented procedures; experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
