Job Description: Job Description We’re looking for a Data Clerk to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate and timely entry of critical information into our core computer systems. In this role, you’ll support essential Distribution Centre functions, including the Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies, contributing directly to the efficiency of our day‑to‑day workflow. Enjoy shift premiums, safety shoe reimbursement, a self-serve beverage and snack station, and access to a Retirement Savings Program What You’ll Do: Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely, effective communication with internal and external partners. Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, escalating relevant information to appropriate stakeholders. Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems. Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution. Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities as needed About You: Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience. Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem‑solve effectively. Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry) and proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Ability to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.
