Responsible for various daily commercial credit risk administrative functions. This position involves communicating with both commercial sales associates and commercial clients. Other credit duties may be included. Responsibilities Administration/setup of commercial client accounts Monitoring daily email communications from commercial sales division Communication with external and internal resources relating to commercial clients Background research of commercial applications and purchase orders Review and consolidate commercial client information to assess credit risk Maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience Ability to communicate in French verbally and in writing is an asset High degree of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Positive attitude Punctual and dependable daily Experience with commercial credit billing and account reconciliation is an asset.
