Job summary
Qualifications Include Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year recent relevant clerical experience required. Recent experience in booking Diagnostic Imaging appointments preferred. Experience with EPIC preferred. Experience navigating software applications required (screen access, information search and data entry) Accurate typing of 40 w.p.m. Working knowledge and familiarity with registration and booking procedures preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and utilize good judgement. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent attendance record. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
