Role Description The Office Administrator (Construction) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton, ON. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing project documentation, and maintaining filing systems for construction projects. The Office Administrator will schedule meetings, support project managers with document preparation, track office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly. The role includes handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing responsive customer service to clients, vendors, and partners. The Office Administrator will also assist with basic data entry, updating spreadsheets, and supporting compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily office operations and project documentation. Hands-on experience with Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and subtrades. Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and basic data entry. Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment is an asset. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work on-site in Hamilton, ON and collaborate with cross-functional teams. High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an advantage.
