Your role : * Receive merchandise. * Process receipts in the eXtend system and code bills of lading according to the appropriate GL. * bills of lading. * Provide shuttle service to the service department. * Greet and serve customers and mechanics at the counter. * Prepare, pack and package shipments. * Process shipments according to instructions (charge freight to appropriate GL, record freight charges and freight charges and bill of lading numbers). * Prepare transfers and consolidate shipments to branches. * Re-inventory merchandise from suppliers and branches (stock order). * Ensure the cleanliness of the premises (workstations, warehouse, building surroundings) and clean up. * Any other related duties as requested by supervisor. * Drive forklift safely. * Comply with company health and safety regulations. What you bring : * High School Degree with a minimum of one year experience is an asset. * Experience with a forklift is an asset. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Good computer skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience, with forklift experience considered an asset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
