What We're Looking For 1-3 years of administrative experience (property management experience considered an asset) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Rentals Team and Property Managers Coordinate property showings, appointments, and calendar management Respond to and direct tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries Maintain accurate tenant, owner, and property records Support lease administration, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes Assist with rental applications, documentation, and file management Prepare reports, correspondence, notices, and rental-related documentation Support onboarding of new properties and owners Collaborate with Accounting, Leasing, and Property Management teams to ensure efficient operations Contribute to a positive client experience through professional and timely communication Why Join Simco?
