Who You Are: • Secondary school graduate or equivalent education. • Minimum of 2 years’ computer experience and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle several tasks effectively and meet deadlines. • Must have strong communication skills and be friendly and courteous in dealings with all contacts. • Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills. • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check. What you’ll do
The Receptionist handles clerical tasks, manages telephone calls, and greets visitors with courtesy. They are responsible for maintaining resident listings and preparing admission files to support the community's daily operations.
Requirements
Candidates must be high school graduates with at least 2 years of computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and a successful Vulnerable Sector Check are required.
