About the Opportunity A Toronto corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to support its lawyers on a range of corporate transactions and ongoing corporate maintenance matters. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain minute books and corporate records Draft incorporation, organization, and corporate reorganization documents Conduct corporate searches and prepare related reporting Support due diligence for M&A and financing transactions Liaise with government registries and third parties on corporate filings Qualifications Law Clerk diploma or equivalent experience 3+ years of corporate law clerk experience Strong knowledge of corporate statutes and minute book maintenance Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with corporate database/software tools an asset How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
