What You'll Be Doing Manage busy and frequently changing calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations and detailed itineraries Prepare, proofread and format correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials and other business documents Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics and follow-up items Act as a professional and approachable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and help senior leaders stay organized and prepared Provide additional administrative and project support as required What We're Looking For 3-5 years of progressive Executive Assistant experience within a corporate environment Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and shifting priorities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset and genuine interest in learning, developing and taking on greater responsibility Professional, personable and confident communication style Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Why Consider This Opportunity?
