Our client, a well-established global organization, is seeking a polished and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support C-suite executives. This is a senior, highly visible EA opportunity for someone who is confident operating alongside executive leadership and knows how to stay several steps ahead. You will manage complex and competing priorities, coordinate executive schedules and international travel, and act as a trusted partner in keeping three busy executives organized and operating effectively. What You'll Be Doing: - Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders - Own complex and frequently changing calendars, proactively managing conflicts and shifting priorities - Coordinate internal and external meetings involving senior stakeholders across the organization - Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation and itineraries - Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, agendas and executive materials - Coordinate meeting preparation and ensure executives have the information and materials required in advance - Anticipate scheduling, logistical and administrative needs and resolve issues proactively - Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion - Partner with other Executive Assistants and internal teams to coordinate priorities across the organization What We're Looking For: - 6+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience within a professional corporate environment - Strong experience directly supporting C-suite executives or other senior executive leadership - Proven ability to support multiple senior executives and successfully manage competing priorities - Advanced calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination experience - Exceptional organizational skills, judgment and attention to detail - Polished and professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders - Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy - Strong discretion and experience handling confidential executive-level information - Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as part of a broader administrative team This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to join a global organization in a senior C-suite support capacity, with an impressive overall compensation package and the opportunity to build a long-term career.
