The clerk acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing registration, admissions, and discharges within the hospital system. They also operate the switchboard, handle emergency signals, and perform essential clerical and records management duties.

The Booking Clerk is responsible for scheduling outpatient appointments, coordinating admissions, and managing patient records within the health information system. They also provide administrative support, handle reception duties, and generate operational reports for the clinic.
Hybrid · Vancouver
The Administrative Assistant provides confidential secretarial support and coordinates daily office activities for the Department Head. Responsibilities include managing schedules, producing reports, maintaining databases, and facilitating communication across internal and external departments.

Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and admissions using computerized systems while providing professional front-line support. Manage clinical administrative tasks including records maintenance, supply monitoring, and departmental workflow coordination.
