Immediate opening. Accounts Payable Office Administrator We are an established property management company with an immediate opening for a skilled Accounts Payable Office Administrator. The Accounts Payable Office Administrator Duties Include Administering accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, cheque preparation and arrangement for signatures by signing officers, preparation of files for bookkeepers, and filing of records. Providing administrative support for head office staff as required Provided temporary vacation coverage at various housing communities through out the GTA when required. Must have suitable vehicle for travel when required. Qualifications And Experience Related Diploma or Certificate preferred. 2 -3 years’ experience in an office environment. Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills. Experience in a not-for-profit Co-op Housing Community highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with sound proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as NewViews and Quick Books. Skills And Attributes Aptitude for quick learning, problem-solving, independence, and prioritizing. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic, friendly personality, positive attitude, and able to work independently. Excellent business writing and effective verbal communication skills. No phone calls please.
